I started CrossFit back in 2011 with a bit of a love/hate relationship to begin with which quickly changed, and before I knew it, I was on my level 1 CrossFit course, and have been coaching since 2012.

I have undertaken a diverse range of training styles such as Mixed Martial Arts, Power lifting and Olympic Weightlifting. My passion in weightlifting far outweighed what I have done in my time in the Fitness Industry as an athlete and I have gone further in this style of strength sport
