HEAD COACH

Loren Lauder

Loren has always been an active person throughout her childhood and teen years. Playing a variety of competitive sports and activities from ballroom dancing to basketball.

This passion led to her wanting to pursue as a career. After completing her diploma of remedial therapy and personal training, she began working with the St Kilda Football Club while starting up Bikini Bum Fitness.
Loren started CrossFit 6 years ago. She loved the challenge, the variety and the ability to push herself to new limits and be out of her comfort zone.

During her competitive career, she has had many achievements but none more than important the fulfilling her dream to compete at CrossFit regional level.
In 2018 she participated in the Pacific Regionals with her team the Craigieburn Rhinos.

While competing Loren met her wonderful and supporting partner Brett Duffy and along with their bulldog ‘Chief’, they have one happy, fit family (well Chief sleeps most of the time…)

Loren has a real passion for competing and coaching. Passing on any knowledge from experience she has to offer. Loren’s main focus is being an inspiration and a role model.
