4 weeks beginners course

Build confidence and safety through the movements that you will see during a class in our 4 week beginner’s course.

The first 2 weeks include four 1:1 personal training sessions (2 each week).

The second 2 weeks include unlimited classes with two 1:1 personal training sessions (1 per week).
